Your plumbing problem will be fixed promptly and in a competent manner. Work carried out by a qualified plumber operating from a fully equipped van.
Your plumber should leave your home”at least as clean as they found it”. All our engineers and plumbers use boot covers to protect your flooring. Should you require covering for your floors please let us know and this can be added into the job.
Your plumber, or engineer, should arrive at your premises at the time scheduled. If there is an unavoidable delay, we will do our best to let you know as soon as possible. Please be aware that although all our vehicles are tracked, it can be difficult to always be aware of delays due to unforeseen issues. This can be due to a job overrunning or traffic delays.
Your plumber should not only complete your work within the agreed schedule, they should also spend time with you clarifying and explaining the work required. Additionally, discussing any issues or concerns you may have. They should never rush their work and keep you informed if it is likely to take longer than anticipated.
Your plumber will treat you and all your property with respect, therefore making sure you get maximum value from their visit. Also, we will charge only the agreed fees and honour all guarantees and commitments, without question.
A Personal service
Your plumber should not only solve your plumbing problem, they should also recognise the personal distress that the plumbing issue has caused you. A follow-up call
To ensure that you are fully satisfied with both quality of work and service,
Your plumber should call you within 7 days of completing your work.
Our plumber will explain what they intend to do before starting any work, answering any questions or concerns you may have. An estimate of any charges can be requested prior to commencing works. They will do the work as agreed, also meeting all commitments as promised and only then will you be charged for the work. We offer a free site visit and quote service for larger projects. For example, a replacement boiler or bathroom installation. This will give you the costs upfront, allowing you to plan accordingly with no hidden costs.
