Homeowner and landlord plans

Our homeowner and landlord maintenance plans will give you complete peace of mind should your boiler breakdown. Safe in the knowledge that you are covered by our team of experienced and qualified engineers. All our engineers are Gas Safe and/or Oftec registered and will get your boiler up and running as quickly as possible.

The average cost of a repair bill in 2017 was £245. This is according to uSwitch/moneywise, with 1 in 5 homes experiencing a breakdown in 2017. Our homeowner plans start from as little as £13* per month so we are confident you will find a plan to suit.

We offer homeowners maintenance plans for all makes of gas and oil boilers**. Furthermore, all plans can be paid for on a monthly or annual basis to help you budget. On top of that, our plans all include a boiler service to be carried out within the year of the policy life.

Our landlord plans cover all makes of gas boilers. Additionally including an annual service and a gas safety check on up to 2 appliances; including the boiler. These will be carried out within the year of the policy life. The gas safety check (CP12) is a legal requirement for all rental properties with gas boilers or/and appliances. We will book your gas safe certificate and service as close to its due date as possible. Additionally, we will set up an automatic reminder to be emailed to you. Taking away the need for you to remember when they are due.

Priority appointments

With our homeowner/Landlord premium plans there are no call out charges *** . Therefore taking the worry away of having an unexpected call out to pay. We understand that being without heating or hot water can be a terrible experience for you. And, when a breakdown happens during the colder months it can be especially difficult. So that’s why we offer priority booking for customers on a maintenance plan. Doing our best to visit you within 24 hours of receiving your call. Furthermore, we understand that for some customers having heating available all year is a necessity. Therefore, we prioritise our maintenance customers to ensure a prompt resolution to your heating problems, all year round.
