Central Heating, Plumbing and Internal Drains, Breakdown and Maintenance Service Agreement.

Included:

  • Internal Drainage within the envelope of the property.
  • Plumbing from mains stopcock to taps.
  • Boiler.
  • Pump.
  • Hot & Cold Water Cylinders.
  • Motorised Valves.
  • Timer.
  • Programmer.
  • Room Thermostats.
  • Annual Boiler Service/Gas Safety Check.
  • Emergency breakdowns.
  • Unlimited call-outs 24 hours a days 365 days a year.
  • Labour and parts up to £200 annually and £1000 over the life of the contract.
  • Priority over non-contract customers.
  • Waste drainage pipes within the property.
  • Leaking overflow pipes.
  • Leaking radiator valves.
  • The maintenance of correctly installed flexible pipes to washing machines, fridges & dishwashers.

Not Included:

  • Power Flushing.
  • Damage caused by sludge/limescale/other deposits.
  • Internal Drains beyond where the waste pipes meets soil pipe and / or beyond the envelope of property i.e. the walls.
  • Heat Expansion Vessels.
  • Unlagged pipes.
  • Maintenance of storage tanks more than 10 years old.
  • Replacement of taps/washers within taps and stop cocks.
  • Shower pumps, mixer valves, combined overflow and pop-up wastes, water filters, swimming pools & macerators.
  • Cost of getting to your system where inaccessible.
  • Pre-existing faults.
  • First 28 days excluded from cover.
  • Replacing your boiler if it is seven years old or more.
  • Heat store hot water tanks.
  • Repairing or replacing appliance flues that aren't part of your boiler.
  • Repairing or replacing parts of your central heating system and controls that are specifically designed for piped or electric under floor heating.

  • Call-outs charged at £49.00 + Vat (includes inspection, diagnosis and first 30 minutes labour).
  • Labour and parts up to £200 annually and £1000 over the life of the contract.
