What information does The Clean Plumber collect?

The Clean Plumber collects and processes a range of information about you as follows.

1. For the purposes of processing and storing your data where we use Commusoft, Paypal and Gocardless.  Therefore we would suggest you consult their individual privacy policy for further details.

2. For the purpose of communicating your name and contact details to subcontractors. On the basis that,you have requested/will be expecting contact from for a specific job not within our immediate remit.

3. For the purpose of registering warranties on your behalf with goods suppliers. Also, for registering works notifications to relevant bodies such as Gas Safe or Oftec for products that you have purchased.

Data Security

We have appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way. Also to prevent it being altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know such data. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
