I am writing to say how impressed I was with you promptly dealing with my plumbing and pipes over the Christmas holiday period.

By way of history, I am aware that you came to look at my house back in October last year to see the leak from the shower in the ensuite dripping through the ceiling in the garage. However, because of the wedding and costs etc. I kept putting off having something done about it.

On Boxing day just gone, I was in the garage getting some coal and realised I was being dripped on - the problem was not going to be ignored any more! So, I decided to contact The Clean Plumber without further ado.

Jason replied quickly to my emails and calls and we made an appointment for him to come to the house on the 30th of December. Jason turned up at 6pm on the dot, covered his boots with the lovely little plastic slippers, and then went about finding the source of my shower leak. This entailed cutting through a wall to get access to the pipes and thus found the problem - and fixed it. At the same time; Jason also fixed my bathroom taps, which was an outsanding job I had hoped would go away.

I would like to say thank you Jason - I now have dry coal to burn on my fire and can have a hot bath when I find the time! I now wont hestitate to call you for any future jobs as soon as they need doing!

Your response to our call for help with the taps in the bathroom was swift and ensured a solution was found within hours. Your continued input with the other bathroom taps identified the problem and solution. The frantic call later that day to resolve the unanticipated problem resulted in an even faster response within the hour from yourself. You stayed until the problem was resolved thus ensuring we were able to go to bed with the reassurance that we were not going to be flooded!
