A friendly well presented plumber who arrived exactly at the time he said he would,worked dilingently and left a spotless workspace. It was a pleasure to meet a tradesperson who was totally focused on the job in hand, who was honest and up-front with the cost and furthermore, did not overcharge.

The follow up telephone call to check that we were satisfied showed that this plumber cared about his work. To say we were impressed is an understatement!

I'd like to thank you for your recent work at my house installing a new water softener. As usual during your visit a few other small jobs arose like a bloked sink and a loose tap.
