Boiler Services 

It is recommended that you get your boiler serviced annually to keep it in good working order. Also to ensure it is running safely and as efficiently as possible. Additionally, if your boiler is still under warranty, an annual service is often a manufacturers requirement for a warranty to stand.

We can work with mains or LPG gas and oil. Having experienced and qualified engineers with the appropriate Gas Safe and Oftec qualifications.

During the boiler service, our engineer will perform a series of safety and efficiency checks. This will include checking for carbon monoxide. This is a colourless and odourless gas which can quickly cause illness and, in some cases, be fatal. We can supply and fit  a C.O. alarm for you to protect your family at the same time as a service. 

Over time a boiler can become less efficient. This can mean it needs more fuel to heat your home, costing you more money. An annual service can help to check that your boiler is in the best possible condition. Therefore helping it to remain efficient for as long as possible and giving you peace of mind.

Safety Certificates

We can issue Gas, LPG and Oil Safety tests and certificate for landlords. The Landlords‘ Gas Safety Certificate CP12 for mains and LPG gas is the legally required report for Landlords with tenants living in gas supplied homes. This report lists all the checks carried out in your annual gas safety inspection. Also, this document proves that all gas appliances, fittings and flues provided for your tenants were checked by a registered Gas Safe engineer in the last 12 months. A discounted price is offered to landlords who have a boiler service and gas safety certificate carried out in the same appointment. This applies to rental properties only.
